Privacy Policy

Dairy Gold Silage ("we", "our", "us") operates this website and the associated mobile application. This page explains what information we collect when you use them, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Website inquiries: When you submit a "Request a Quote" or contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, company/farm name (optional), mobile number, email address, location, product/silage requirement, quantity, delivery location, delivery timeline, and any message you include.

Mobile app account: To use the Dairy Gold Silage app, you sign in with your mobile number, which we verify using a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. We do not use passwords. Once signed in, you may optionally provide your name, delivery address, city, state, and pincode to speed up ordering.

Orders placed in the app: When you place an order, we collect the products and quantities selected, delivery address, delivery timeline, and any notes you add. Orders are "pay later" - we do not collect or process any payment or card information through the app.

We do not collect precise device location, contacts, camera, SMS content, or other sensitive device permissions. The app only requests internet access to load product listings, sign you in, and submit your orders.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to verify your identity (OTP), respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, process and deliver orders, and contact you about your order status. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Data Storage

Submitted inquiries, account details, and order history are stored securely in our database, transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and accessible only to authorized administrators of Dairy Gold Silage.

Third-Party Services

We use an SMS gateway provider to deliver the one-time password (OTP) used to sign in to the app; your mobile number is shared with that provider only to deliver the OTP SMS. We may also use email delivery services to notify our team of new inquiries. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or analytics networks.

Your Rights

You may request that we delete or correct your submitted information at any time by contacting us using the details below.
